Maintenance Plans
SVCS offers several maintenance agreements to offer its customers a complete solution for your information technology support needs. We can provide support for desktop computers, laptops, network servers, networks, and much more. Our job is to ensure that your computer equipment continues to run smoothly and identify any potential trouble brewing in the near future. Our maintenance agreements are extremely affordable and easy to budget for. These are a monthly service and we require at least a three month commitment. Unless you are already under a contract prices are subject to change. Let SVCS be your Information Technology department!
Personal Computers (home, local area only)
Lets face it, everyone has computer problems that they need fixed and not everyone wants to spend a lot of time maintaining their computer. That's where SVCS comes in. We will run preventative maintenance on your personal computer or laptop. SVCS will make a thorough check of your computer for adware, viruses, Trojan horses, worms and other various types of malware. We will also ensure that your computer is properly updated with security patches, your virus programs and definitions are up-to-date, and that your PC is properly firewalled on the Internet. Additionally we will identify any potential future problems, make upgrade recommendations, and identify any programs that need to be updated or upgraded. 2 free support (telephone or e-mail) calls are included. After our first visit we can possibly configure your computer so that this can happen remotely. $20 per month, maximum of one hour.
Workstations (Business)
Our maintenance plan for business computers is basically the same as our home plan except that business can add on extra computers for a fraction of the cost. We will also load applications, provide application support (depending on the application), printers support, and device installation/support. This too is a monthly service. Just think of us as you own personal IT (Information Technology) department, without the extreme overhead! We will schedule as much time as needed to complete the job. 5 free support (telephone or e-mail)calls. $55 per month for the first computer, $25 for each additional computer.
Server and Network Maintenance
Sometimes it is tough for businesses to maintain their IT equipment. Managing one or even multiple servers is a chore in itself. There are a lot of factors to consider: backing up data, security updates, virus definitions, RAID arrays, disk performance, password security, Active directory issues, E-mail servers, etc. Why not let the professionals manage your network and servers? SVCS will perform a by the book, detailed management of your IT equipment. Most businesses cannot function without their e-mail, Internet connectivity, data, etc. Here are the services we provide:
- Server Maintenance: $80 per month for the first server, $40 for each additional server
